How does the Referral Program work?
Create your profile
To participate in the EPAM Referral Program, you must first create a user account. Please navigate to the 'Refer now' button or opt for the 'Sign In' option to do so. Invite your candidate
The platform provides several methods for referring a candidate. The choice of method is entirely up to you.
Refer Now button
Select a location, and click 'Refer Now' to refer your candidate immediately.
Open Vacancies
Search for an open vacancy, select a role and then proceed with providing the candidate's details.
Keep track of the process
Immediately after submission, you can monitor updates on the verification process and subsequent steps in the "My Referrals" section. Furthermore, a detailed commentary on the progress, as well as the decision on your bonus eligibility, will be made available to you.
